in the Chicagoland area for a small fee.

We provide and request preliminary premarital counseling prior to all marriage ceremonies.
To help facilitate this, we have created a pre-marital questionnaire. Please download a copy for both of you. Feel free
to e-mail the results back to us when you are ready to discuss them with us.
If you are married, you may also use this questionnaire to enhance your marriage.
Note: we will post on this website the marriage announcements of couples who complete our premarital counseling prior
to and after their marriage ceremony if requested.
